After years of customer requests to enter the fabric care category, Bath & Body Works finally introduced a full Laundry Line centered around America’s most-loved fragrances. To create an omni-channel launch that resonated with both new and existing customers, we created a dynamic campaign that combines the energy and fun from Bath & Body Works with the elevated aesthetic that speaks well to this new category.
