With an increasingly successful line of Men’s body care products, Bath & Body Works aspired to carve out a dedicated space for this growing new customer segment. To ensure the customer experience felt different from the core brand, we crafted a new sister-brand that felt more masculine and modern that could translate to both the in-store and digital experience. To achieve this powerful brand evolution, we partnered with Store Design & Construction, Copy, Photo/Video Partners as well as the merchant team.
